With the Tudo.lk Affiliate Program, you can earn money by recommending products available on Tudo.lk.
Share eligible Tudo.lk products with your friends, family, social-media followers, website visitors or other audiences. When a customer purchases through your affiliate link and the order is successfully completed, you can earn an affiliate commission.
There is no separate affiliate application process. Tudo.lk customers can access the affiliate program using their existing Tudo.lk account.
Step 1 – Sign In to Your Tudo.lk Account
Visit Tudo.lk and sign in to your customer account.
If you do not already have an account, create a Tudo.lk account first.
After signing in, open your account menu and select: Affiliate
Step 2 – Open Your Affiliate Dashboard
The Affiliate dashboard gives you an overview of your affiliate activity.
You can use the affiliate area to check your orders, earnings, payment information and affiliate profile.
The dashboard may also show information such as completed affiliate orders, processing orders, failed orders, earnings and upcoming payments.
Step 3 – Complete Your Affiliate Profile
Before receiving affiliate payments, make sure your payment information is complete.
Open your Affiliate > Bank Account Section and enter your bank details:
- Bank – Select Bank Name
- Branch – Select Branch
- Account Holder Name
- Bank Account Number
Please make sure the information is correct before saving.
Tudo.lk uses the bank information saved in your affiliate profile when processing affiliate payments.
If your bank details are missing or incorrect, your eligible earnings may remain pending until valid bank information is provided.
Step 4 – Choose What You Want to Promote
With the Tudo.lk Affiliate Program, you are not limited to promoting a single product.
You can create and share affiliate links for different types of Tudo.lk pages, including:
- Individual Products – Recommend a specific product directly.
- Product Categories – Promote a complete category, such as electronics, home appliances, beauty products or tools.
- Search Results – Share a Tudo.lk search results page containing a selection of relevant products.
- Promotions & Deals – Share promotional, campaign or deals pages available on Tudo.lk.
- Other Supported Tudo.lk Pages – Where the affiliate sharing option is available, you can generate an affiliate link and share that page with your audience.
This allows you to choose the type of link that best matches your audience.
For example, if you are promoting kitchen appliances, you can share the entire relevant category instead of selecting only one product. If you are promoting a seasonal campaign or special offer, you can share the promotion page so customers can browse multiple products.
Affiliate commission can vary between products. The commission earned from an eligible order will depend on the products purchased and the applicable affiliate commission.
For better results, share pages and products that are relevant to your audience rather than simply sharing as many links as possible.
Step 5 – Share Your Affiliate Link
Once you have selected the product, category, search results page, promotion or other supported Tudo.lk page you want to promote, create your affiliate link from that page.
Use the available Affiliate, Share, or Copy Affiliate Link option to generate a link connected to your Tudo.lk affiliate account.
Your affiliate link can then be shared with your audience through channels such as:
- TikTok
- YouTube
- Websites and blogs
- Other suitable online channels
Always use the affiliate link generated by Tudo.lk when promoting a page. This allows the system to identify eligible orders that come through your recommendation.
You can share different affiliate links depending on what you are promoting. For example, you may share one link for a specific product and another link for an entire category or promotion.
When sharing a link, give your audience a clear reason to visit it. You can mention useful product features, recommend a category, highlight a promotion or explain what customers can find on the linked page.
Avoid providing incorrect or misleading information about prices, discounts, stock availability, delivery times, product specifications or warranty conditions. Customers should always check the latest information shown on Tudo.lk before purchasing.
Step 6 – Customer Places an Order
When a customer opens Tudo.lk using your affiliate link and places an eligible order, the qualifying order can be recorded under your affiliate account.
This applies whether you shared an affiliate link for a:
- Product
- Category
- Search results page
- Promotion or deals page
- Other supported Tudo.lk page
After the order is placed, you can monitor it from:
Affiliate → Affiliate Orders
Your Affiliate Orders section allows you to view information such as:
- Order ID
- Order Date
- Order Amount
- Affiliate Commission
- Order Status
- Payment Status
You can also open an order to view additional details about the products and commission connected with that order.
An order appearing in your Affiliate Orders section does not mean the commission is immediately payable. The order must successfully reach the required completed status before the eligible commission can be included in an affiliate payment.
Step 7 – Understanding Affiliate Order Status
Processing or Shipped
The order has not yet been successfully completed.
The related affiliate commission remains pending.
Completed
The order has been successfully completed.
Eligible commission from completed orders can be included in an upcoming affiliate payment.
Cancelled
Cancelled orders do not qualify for affiliate commission.
Failed
Failed orders do not qualify for affiliate commission.
Returned
Returned orders do not qualify for affiliate commission.
An affiliate amount shown while an order is still being processed may therefore change depending on the final status of the order.
Step 8 – Track Your Earnings
Use your affiliate dashboard and earnings area to monitor your performance.
You can check your affiliate orders, pending earnings, completed earnings and previous payment information.
Your earnings are calculated using the affiliate commission applicable to the qualifying order.
Affiliate commission rates can vary between products.
Step 9 – Receive Your Affiliate Payment
Tudo.lk processes affiliate payments on a monthly payout cycle.
Eligible unpaid commission from successfully completed affiliate orders can be included in the applicable affiliate payment period.
The final amount paid may include applicable adjustments or deductions under the Tudo.lk Affiliate Program.
Payments are processed using the bank details saved in your Affiliate Profile.
Make sure your bank information remains accurate and up to date.
FAQ
Previous Affiliate Payments
You can use the affiliate payment area to review your previous payouts.
Depending on the payment record, you may be able to see the payment reference, payment date, transfer date, payment status, orders included in the payment, applicable adjustments and the final amount paid.
What Happens If My Bank Details Are Missing?
If the required bank information is missing, Tudo.lk may not be able to include your account in the current payment processing cycle.
Your eligible unpaid affiliate commission will remain available for a future payment after the required bank details have been completed.
Please update your Affiliate Profile as soon as possible to avoid payment delays.
Why Is My Affiliate Commission Still Pending?
Affiliate commission usually remains pending while the related customer order is still being processed, shipped or waiting for successful completion.
Commission becomes eligible for payout only after the qualifying order reaches the required completed status.
Cancelled, failed and returned orders are not eligible for affiliate commission.
Does Every Product Have the Same Commission?
No.
Affiliate commission can vary from one product to another.
The applicable commission is based on the affiliate commission connected with the product and qualifying order.
Always check the affiliate information shown by Tudo.lk before promoting a product.
Do I Need to Apply to Become an Affiliate?
No separate affiliate application is required.
Tudo.lk customers can access the affiliate program using their customer account.
Tudo.lk may restrict or disable affiliate access where necessary, including cases involving misuse of the affiliate program.
Tips for Better Affiliate Earnings
Choose products that match the interests of your audience and provide useful information when recommending them.
Instead of simply sharing a link, explain why the product may be useful, highlight important features, create product demonstrations or reviews, and encourage customers to check the complete product information on Tudo.lk before purchasing.
Always provide accurate information and avoid making misleading claims regarding product prices, discounts, stock availability, delivery times, specifications or warranty conditions.
