Take part in Tudo promotions

If you would like your products considered for a Tudo campaign, prepare a short product proposal and contact the Tudo team.

Send the team these details

• Your store name and contact person.
• Product URLs, product IDs or SKUs, and relevant variants.
• Current selling price and your proposed campaign price.
• Stock you can commit and when it will be ready.
• Your proposed offer dates.
• Clear product images and any important restrictions.

Confirm the campaign terms

Before committing, ask Tudo to confirm eligibility, submission deadlines, campaign dates, discount funding, any applicable charges, available placement and fulfilment expectations. Also confirm whether a customer voucher or another offer can combine with your discount.

Participation and promotional placement require confirmation from Tudo. Sending products for consideration does not mean they will automatically appear on a homepage banner, advertisement or social post.

Prepare for launch

1. Fix missing or inaccurate listing details.
2. Reserve the stock you have committed.
3. Brief the packing team and arrange packaging supplies.
4. Check the confirmed price when the campaign starts.
5. Monitor orders and report stock or dispatch problems early.
