Accurate prices and stock reduce avoidable cancellations and help customers choose the correct item.

Price the complete order

Before setting a price, allow for your product cost, applicable marketplace charges, packaging, any delivery contribution and the discount you plan to fund. Confirm charges through your agreement or with Tudo.

Illustrative calculation
After-discount selling price: Rs. 4,500
Product cost: Rs. 3,000
Applicable charges and packaging: Rs. 700
Amount remaining before other expenses: Rs. 800

Keep stock realistic

List only stock you can actually fulfil. If you also sell elsewhere, reconcile the quantity regularly and after a busy sales period. Do not leave unavailable items purchasable while waiting for an uncertain supplier delivery.

Check every variant

• Match the colour, size, model or pack quantity to its price.
• Use the correct photo and available quantity for each option where supported.
• Clearly explain what one unit or one pack contains.
• Use a consistent internal SKU so the packing team selects the right item.

Review after changes

Check the live product page after updating the price or stock. If the portal does not support the variant arrangement you need, ask Tudo how to list it correctly.
