Take product photos that answer buyer questions

Show the actual product clearly. A customer should understand its appearance, size and included items before ordering.

Choose a clear main photo

Use a sharp, well-lit image with an uncluttered background. Keep the whole product visible and make it large enough to recognise on a phone. Use images you own or have permission to use.

Build a useful photo set

  1. Main view: the exact product and variant.
  2. Another angle: the back, side or inside where useful.
  3. Close-up: connectors, controls, texture or important details.
  4. Scale: dimensions or a realistic size reference.
  5. Included items: the contents of the package.

This is a suggested shot list, not a required number of images. Follow the upload limits shown in the seller portal.

Avoid misleading visuals

  • Do not show accessories as included when they are sold separately.
  • Keep the colour and model consistent with the listing.
  • Do not edit out defects or alter the apparent product quality.
  • Keep price banners and large promotional text out of the main product photo.

Check before uploading

Make sure the images are upright, readable and not stretched. Preview them on a phone. Use the supported file types and sizes shown by the portal.
