How to Return an Order

You can request for returns and refunds for,

1. If your product is defective / damaged or incorrect/incomplete at the time of delivery, please contact us via email (info@tudo.lk). Your product may be eligible for a refund or replacement.
2. All return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. The item must be handed over to the courier within 14 days of the delivery date. Tudo is not responsible for any returns that are not given to the courier after 14 days.
3. All items must be in original condition for the returns.
4. For device-related issues after usage or the expiration of the return window, we will refer you to the brand warranty centre (if applicable).

After the QC Dept receives the package, You will get further instructions via e-mail or Phone.

How to Hand Over the Package?

1. Prepare Your Return Package
2. RePack the item safely as received to you
3. Paste below details on it:
4. Inform us to arrange pickup from your location
5. You have to collect the receipt for the package at the handing over to the delivery partner.
6. Package can hand over only to Pronto Lanka. We are not responsible for any packages which handed over to other delivery partners.

You can handed over the package to the nearest PRONTO LANKA Branch for a quick return process. Or, Inform our call centre to arrange pickup. 

දෝෂ සහිත‍ / වැරදි අයිතම නැවත භාර දීමේ පිලිවෙල

1. අයිතමය ඔබ වෙත ලැබුනු පරිදි අසුරුම් කරන්න
2. අයිතමය සමග ලැබුනු සියලුම උපාංග නියමිත ලෙස තිබිය යුතුයි
3. පහත සදහන් ලෙස විස්තර කොලයක ලියා ඇසුරුම් කරන ලද පැකේජයේ නොගැලවෙන ලෙස අලවන්න
4. ඇනවුම ඔබ වෙත පැමිණ භාරගැනීම සදහා අප ආයතනය දැනුවත් කරන්න.
5. නියමිත ලෙස සකසන ලද ඇසුරුම ඩිලිවරි නියෝජිතයාට භාර දුන් පසු  ඒ සදහා රිසිට් පතක් ලබාගැනීම අනිවාර්ය බව සලකන්න.
6. අයිතම භාර දීම සිදුකල හැක්කේ PRONTO LANKA ආයතනයට පමණක් බව කරුණාවෙන් සලකන්න. වෙනත් ආයතන සදහා සිදුකරන භාරදීම් සදහා අප ආයතනය වගකියනු ‌නොලැබේ.
